Return Window
We accept returns and exchanges within 15 days from the delivery date of your order.
Eligibility Requirements
To be eligible for a return, the item must meet all of the following conditions:
- Unworn and unused
- Uncut
- Unwashed
- No heat exposure
- In original, resalable condition
How to Return
- Contact us first through our Contact Form before sending any return.
- We will provide you with the U.S. return address.
- Ship the item to the address provided. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer.
- Once we receive and inspect the item, your refund will be issued to your original payment method.
Non-Returnable Items
- Wigs that have been worn, cut, washed, or exposed to heat
- Items returned after the 15-day window
